One price fits all. 1 person or 8 persons + luggage.
A babe in arms counts as one person.
No more than 8 persons + luggage upon one journey.
RETURN JOURNEY
If a return journey (Meet and Greet) is required.
Cost is the same as the outward journey plus car park charge = £5.00. Payable at end of outward journey. e.g. Mildenhall to Heathrow T5 plus return = £145.00 + £145.00 + £5.00 = £295.00 total payable when arriving at Heathrow, unless you are an account customer.
If your plane is delayed, waiting time will be
charged and waiting time car park will be charged separately.
Waiting time will start when your plane should have
touched down.
Waiting time will end when your plane does touch down.
The car park ticket will be proof of being at the
terminal.

DETOUR
If a detour due to roadworks or accident should have to take place a £1.00 per mile surcharge will be added for the extra miles driven.

If you do not inform us and
the vehicle is despatched, a charge will apply. This will be
determined at the time of pick up and payment will be expected.
FROM THE AIRPORT
ON THE DAY YOU FLY
If you are forced to re-arrange your flight on your day of travel, we require
TELEPHONE contact that the flight has changed.
If you re-arrange your flight on your day of
travel and this alteration causes you to miss our
representative. We will expect payment as though the journey
had been completed with yourself in the vehicle.

48HOURS NOTICE
If you have to change your flight, we require as much
notice as possible by TELEPHONE that we may re-organise ourselves
to your new arrival instructions.
If we are not informed by
TELEPHONE and you miss our
vehicle provided for your journey, we will expect payment.
If your transport is despatched then we receive notice of your cancellation. We will expect payment as if the journey has taken place with yourself in the vehicle.
